ResetI’ve used those wood stains from the hardware store before, and never was quite satisfied with the finished product. Upon purchasing my Kibler Woodsrunner kit, I decided to try their iron nitrate stain. Imagine my surprise when I saw the finished stock. Absolutely amazing to use! Plain maple stock turned out beautiful. I’m very happy with the results. The videos posted on YouTube make the process real easy.
I Built this 1 for another and they have it over the mantle like a prize deer.

Wood was better than I expected. Lock machining has improved and very happy with that. The lock needs a lite coat of oil they rust really fast.
