I was gifted a 54cal JK Hawken kit for Christmas. This kit is exceptional. The parts fit was spot on, the wood is beautiful and the hardware top notch. I finished the stock with Kibler’s iron nitrate and their branded finish. The curl on the maple is spectacular. I had planned on using this during Wisconsin deer season and maybe even take it on an elk hunt. This thing might just be too pretty to bang about in the woods! I can’t describe how happy I am with how it came out.
