Woods Runner kit.

The Woods Runner kit is really nice. The fit and quality of the components is very good. But, the one thing that I was disappointed with was the length of the stock (I think they call it "pull"). It is a copy of an original that would fit someone who lived two hundred years ago but, I am much taller and have longer arms and neck than thay did two hundred years ago. Make the length of the stock an optional length.

Very well made rod. The nylon bore guide is a bonus. Would buy again.

Rage Rod

It is a very nice product but it is not threaded 10-32. All of my jags and pullers will not screw into it.

Range rod and SMR kit.

Both arrived in two weeks and in excellent condition. Kit. was better than I was expecting. I am pleased how the rifle turned out. It was my first kit that I have built. The range rod is a quality tool it works very well loading and cleaning the rifle. The muzzle protector that came with the rod works well at protecting the muzzle.

Liquid Shipping

Liquids will not ship in the kit box. There are different regulations that apply to the chemicals that we sell and they will need to ship ground, when the kits will ship USPS Priority Mail. Plus, it would really stink if a liquid were to leak on your beautiful new kit!

I can’t say enough good things about this whole process-everything was an awesome experience. The videos that Jim puts out provide pretty much all the info you need to finish a rifle. I’ve built a lot of modern guns, but building this Woodsrunner has been so much more fun and enjoyable. I’ve shot the Woodsrunner about 100 times and it will hit the 6” metal gong at 100yds every time. Should do very well harvesting a mule deer this year! Based on my experience so far I just ordered a Southern Mountain Rifle kit and can’t wait to do it all again.

Problem with USPS shipping

My rifle was shipped exactly on time and I expected to receive it in about a week. It did not show up until 2 months after shipping date. It was not Kiblers fault. They contacted the post office and found that they had lost it. Kibler immediately sent another rifle on UPS and I received it in four days. Good luck for Kibler because I decided to keep that one also.Kibler sold 2 rifles instead of 1. The service is exceptional and Bree is a special girl to put up with me. I will be a customer for life. Thanks Bree for all that you helped me with.

Iron nitrate looked great

This is a finish that turns out well as you can easily coat all the wood evenly before setting the stain with heat. Follow the kibler video and it's not hard to do.
