There will be a $100 fee for cancellations. We have to implement this policy due the the amount of time taken on each order as well as the fees we get charged from credit card processors for the transactions.
We work very hard to make a top quality product. Please inspect the product as soon as it arrives. If a customer receives a defective product, returns are accepted 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund of purchase (less original shipping cost).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
Late or missing refunds
