Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations

There will be a $100 fee for cancellations.  We have to implement this policy due the the amount of time taken on each order as well as the fees we get charged from credit card processors for the transactions.

Refunds

We work very hard to make a top quality product. Please inspect the product as soon as it arrives. If a customer receives a defective product, returns are accepted 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund of purchase (less original shipping cost). 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jim@kiblerslongrifles.com and send your item to: PO Box 293 Hanoverton Ohio US 44423.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 293 Hanoverton Ohio US 44423

We will pay for return shipping. Please contact us for a label to be either mailed or emailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
