We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If they are not, returns are accepted 180 days after the purchase date for a full refund of purchase (less original shipping cost). We just ask for feedback along with your returned item so we can learn how we can better serve our customers. The customer should contact us at jim@kiblerslongrifles regarding the return and we will provide a return shipping label and pay for shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
