Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations
There will be a $100 fee for cancellations for kit orders if payment has been processed. We have to implement this policy due the the amount of time taken on each order as well as the fees we get charged from credit card processors for the transactions.
Refunds
We are thrilled to offer our customers both exceptional products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your unused product to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. (We'll also pay the return shipping if you received an incorrect item or a defective product).
Returns delivered past the return window, or orders that show wear will be shipped back to the customer and refused for return.
If you need assistance with an exchange or return, please provide us with the:

-Shipping Address
-Order Number (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Exchanges
