We ship all products via USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number is provided.  The liquid items are required to ship ground and will need to be shipped separately.

Our goal is to ship items within 5 business days.  If not all items contained in a single order are available to ship, we will wait until all items are available and then ship them together.  We will contact you, the customer if there is a delay.

Our kit gun products can take anywhere from one week to sixteen weeks to be ready to ship, depending on parts availability and how many other orders are on the books. Sometimes, certain combinations are available to ship quickly. Full payment is due before shipment.

We contact each customer before shipping to collect the balance due and verify the shipping address. If you ordered other items to come with your kit, they will be included in the box unless they are liquid or unless the customer has made arrangements with us for a separate, earlier, shipment.

The lock for your kit is purchased through a separate company that is under the same roof and will ship in the same box as your kit.
