Current Openings
Production Technician / CNC Machinist
Location: Kensington, Ohio
Pay: $18-30/hour plus benefits, based on skills and experience
Schedule: Train on day shift (Mon–Thu) or (Mon-Fri), then transition to either second shift or 3‑day overnight shift (Fri–Sun) after training
Benefits: 1 week paid vacation after 90 day trial, healthcare/vision/dental, life insurance, disability insurance
The Role
This position involves operating CNC equipment, inspecting parts, and performing finishing work on both wood and metal components. You'll work with a variety of machines — from 3‑axis mills to multi‑axis mill‑turn centers — and handle related shop tasks to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision components
- Perform basic setups, tool changes, and adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Finish machined parts using grinding, filing, bead blasting, and other processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operation
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Problem‑solving skills and adaptability
- Manufacturing or machining experience preferred, but not required
Preferred Skills
- CNC equipment experience
- 4–5 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to solve problems using basic math
General Shop Laborer
Location: Kensington, Ohio

Schedule: Full-time day shift (Mon–Thu) or (Mon-Fri)

The Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in doing a job right the first time. You'll handle a mix of tasks — from finishing machined parts to building shipping boxes — and work closely with a small, skilled team to keep production moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Finish machined parts using grinding, filing, bead blasting, and other processes
- Build and prepare shipping boxes for completed kits
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Cut and prepare wood stock for production
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good hand‑eye coordination for small, precise work
- Problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Prior woodworking, metalworking, or manufacturing experience a plus
Preferred Skills
- Bandsaw and other power tool experience
- Ability to solve problems using basic math
