State regulations require that certain rifle kits be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). Although our muzzleloaders are antique-style black powder rifles, New York and New Jersey law treat them differently than federal law. To remain compliant, we must follow the process below:

Step 1: Place Your Order
• Complete checkout as usual.
• You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a reminder with instructions for your FFL transfer.

Step 2: Select a Local FFL Dealer
• Choose a licensed dealer in your area who is willing to handle the transfer.
• Providing this dealer information to us is the customer's responsibility.
• If you need help locating a dealer, we're glad to assist.

Step 3: Dealer Sends License
• Your chosen dealer must send us a copy of their Federal Firearms License before shipment.

• The license can be sent directly to us by fax (202-217-4102) or email (info@kiblerslongrifles.com).
Once we receive the documentation, we'll release your rifle for shipment.
