My son John recently bought a Woodsrunner rifle kit in walnut from your company. When he showed me the quality of materials and workmanship in that kit, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a rifle kit for myself. Jim I recently came across your rifle kits. I am 84 years old and used to shoot BP. I built kits from Dixie over 45 years ago. My home burned down just over 3 years ago and destroyed everything. I made my horn from a found horn and even tanned a deer hide and made my possibles bag.
In last of May my wife and I had to lease out our ranch and move down here to the dreadful Galveston city of Dickinson, Tx. Very boring!!! I have a lovely granddaughter that always loved my projects and wanted my work. SO, I have always wanted a flintlock, so now with the short time I have left I would like to put together a kit for her, she and her husband both are hunters with bow and rifle. We will soon begin to put together a breakdown bow together.
So, I have been disabled for 25 years and haven’t much money to spend each month, could I put a rifle kit in layaway with you for a couple months. I just found your projects today and am so excited to see if I can get and put together one of your kits.
