About the Woodsrunner

The Woodsrunner is our most approachable longrifle, and the one we point first-time builders and gift-givers to. It is light, easy to carry, and a friendly first build. Patterned after an original frontier rifle, often called the "Woodsrunner," believed to have been made in Virginia in the 1760s. The stock is CNC machined to close tolerances, the holes are drilled, and the hard machining is done before it ships. The design is ours and the machining is ours. The hand work, and the satisfaction, are yours.
