I ordered a .36 caliber rifle with some nice maple wood with Bree. I’ve been working on guns since 1977 but have never owned a flintlock. I saw Jim on YouTube with his manufacturing processes, that boy is very handy with the machines and design , fit and finish. Super's kits. Very easy to finish inletting and massaging the parts for proper fit. I have never tried relief carving or silver inlay. Watched him on several occasions and gave it a shot. My rifle came out very nice. I had to build a stainless steel tank 52” long, to be able to get that long barrel in for hot bluing. My tanks are all 40” long, standard for shotguns and rifles. Polished the metal and it blued very nicely. It shoots fantastic and is very accurate. I will purchase another one here soon.
