The only complaint was with the postal service.. The rifle was shipped priority but arrived a week later that the promised time as shone by the tracking.

Why did I wait so long?

I always thought building one of these would require some type of Elvin magic… However, the mechanical part went together like a dream. It was super easy to do… Now I’m waiting on is the finishing oil to be back in stock (its out everywhere) ..and I’ll get this thing done if you’re on the fence, go ahead and pull the trigger (pun intended)…

Problem with USPS shipping

My rifle was shipped exactly on time and I expected to receive it in about a week. It did not show up until 2 months after shipping date. It was not Kiblers fault. They contacted the post office and found that they had lost it. Kibler immediately sent another rifle on UPS and I received it in four days. Good luck for Kibler because I decided to keep that one also.Kibler sold 2 rifles instead of 1. The service is exceptional and Bree is a special girl to put up with me. I will be a customer for life. Thanks Bree for all that you helped me with.

Shipping

Liquid Shipping

Liquids will not ship in the kit box. There are different regulations that apply to the chemicals that we sell and they will need to ship ground, when the kits will ship USPS Priority Mail. Plus, it would really stink if a liquid were to leak on your beautiful new kit!

Order tracking

You will receive tracking information when your item ships. For kits, you will be contacted before shipment and after shipment so there is no need to worry about a kit box shipping when you are out of town. All other packages will ship when available and you will be emailed a tracking link.
